Rubiks, Rock friends
This is as far as I can solve a rubiks cube.
Sometimes when I am stuck somewhere and there's little to do,
I make rock friends.
All of my best and most handsome rock friends.

Grilled Pizza
Pizza can be partly made on the grill:
The ingredients have to be cooked before going on the dough.
Corn and sweet potato is good on the grill too
Another kind of pizza, with squash, avocado, peppers, and onions.

Quahogs
This is only 1/3 of the quahogs we came home with.
They were a little tough but still delicious.
I have a feeling I'm going to be eating a lot of clam chowder for the next few days.

Gardens and plants
This year's garden.
From the left: Sesame plants, a small row of ghost peppers,
one row of sesame plants,
four and a half rows of ghost peppers & other peppers, basil,
two huge bushes of sesame leaves & sugar snap peas,
and 4 groups of Balsamina Impatiens planted here and there.
All the little peppers on the right, the balsaminas,
and the two bushes of sesame were just transplanted yesterday.
This got me thinking: What was last year's garden like?
Ah.. yeah. it was quite adorable, that's what.
Though I think this might be the garden from two years ago..
I'm not sure.
Unfortunately I didn't find any photos of gardens before last year.
But I did find nice photos from the summer:
There is a metal donut resting on the rock that
I'm not sure what the function of it is.
At vanderbilt mansion
I know I had a garden in 2007 too,
but all I could find was photos of flowers.
It was a particularly sunny day.
